Delivery and Installation 

Upon confirmation and receipt of your order’s deposit, we will start manufacturing of your order and within 2 weeks we will contact you again to arrange installation date and time. 

Installation will take around 1-2 hours depending on the number of products purchased.

For non-installation orders we will also contact within 2 weeks’ time frame for your self-collection at our office or delivery to your designated location with delivery cost. 

However, we seek your kind understanding that waiting time might be longer during festive periods.

We will need to meet up with you at your house to measure the windows and show you our various popular fabric samples for blinds or curtains. 

We will do onsite free quotation after measurements. 

If the order is confirmed, after choosing the colours and designs, we will need you to place a 50% deposit in cash or bank transfer to our company account. Thereafter we will issue a receipt to you for your deposit placed with us. 

Within two weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) we will contact you again to arrange for delivery and installation.

Warranty is 1 year for blinds and curtain tracks mechanism. 

Do note that wear and tear from normal usage is not included.

Fabrics will need to be checked by our clients on installation day for any factory defects. 

For light usage, the products can last for a good 5 years and above.

Rest assured that our BTO packages are nett prices for BTO format HDB flats which mostly consist of straight 4 panel living room window (3/4 height) and 3 panel bedrooms (half height)

Fret not if your format is not the same as above. We can quote you with top up

For bigger sized windows or L shaped windows

For BTO HDB flats packages it is a bundled starting price for basic designs and various colours are available. Even so, Rest assured that good quality is our focus.

We also provide free onsite quotation for resale HDB or private properties according to our per square feet prices subject to delivery and installation charges

We accept Cash, Cheque, bank transfer or payment by ATOME - 3 months instalment with zero interest. Hopefully, we will be able to offer payment mode by credit cards with our partnered banks soon! Stay tuned for updates!
